We want you to love your order. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

Because our products are printed on demand especially for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@thepromptandco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
