Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

Order by Wednesday 9 December for standard UK delivery before Christmas.

Everything is printed to order and usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days. December is the busiest time of year for printers and couriers, so we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but ordering by 9 December gives your gift the best chance. Orders placed after that may still make it, we just cannot promise.

Our tip: order early and avoid the Christmas Eve panic. Your future self (and your Secret Santa) will thank you.

What do you sell?

Funny AI-themed mugs, T-shirts and prints. They make great gifts for the AI obsessed, the AI exhausted and everyone in between.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every item is printed just for you by our UK and European print partners through Printify. That means less waste, and it also means your order needs a little time to be made before it goes in the post.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Everything is printed to order and usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days. Delivery times vary by courier and by how busy things are, so we cannot promise exact dates, but we will email you when your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Standard UK delivery is £3.99, and it is free on orders over £50. You will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises. All prices are in GBP.

Sticker sheets are printed and posted separately, so they have their own delivery charge of £2.99, which is also free on orders over £50. Like everything else, they are printed to order and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days. If you add a sticker sheet to an order under £50, you will see both delivery charges added together at checkout.

Can I return or exchange something?

Because everything is printed especially for you, we cannot accept returns for changes of mind or ordering the wrong size, so please check the size guide on each product before you order. You can read the full details in our refund policy.

My item arrived damaged or misprinted. What now?

Sorry about that, it should not happen. Get in touch within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will sort it out as set out in our refund policy.
